Our “Local Kitchen” program received a major culinary boost in 2025 with the arrival of Chef Tim Vidrio as a partner. Chef Tim brings an unparalleled pedigree, having trained at Chicago’s best restaurants, including NoMi, Moto, and Le Français. For a decade, he played a key role in earning and maintaining a coveted Michelin star at North Pond in Lincoln Park.

Chef Tim is a fanatic about utilizing the freshest seasonal ingredients in a truly farm-to-table dining approach. To ensure maximum freshness and variety, he presents a limited menu that changes frequently, meaning there's always a new culinary delight waiting for you.
