It will be fun to explore the wine region wine makers across the globe are talking about with the tasty surprises Chef Jay plans to pair for us. Wines from North by Northwest have a bold richness, seamless texture, plush or powdery tannins and flavors like licorice, herb, forest floor, espresso and dark chocolate. These flavors pair perfectly with the gifts from the Pacific Ocean as well as the products from the nearby lush, fertile farms.

With nearly 1,000 wineries strong and over 70 grape varieties, Washington is home to the wine the world is talking about.
