About the Artist

This special evening is a benefit for Gerry’s Cafe – the hotly anticipated coffee shop to be built in Arlington Heights and staffed by adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  This place will be good for the workers and for the community – who can resist a place with great coffee, fresh pastries, and great lunch?  Wintrust Bank has provided a $100,000 matching grant – we’re going to help raise the funds to trigger that!

Entertainment for the evening will be by the highly entertaining Jahli Llama – a local group that plays high energy rock covers of tunes you rarely hear covered.  They’re great and there will be dancing (if you are so moved)!
